Japanese Style Living Room

Modeled in Maya and rendered using V-Ray. Reference from the first floor of a Japanese style home located in the outskirts of Kyoto. It was built from Alts Design Office and led by architects Sumiou Mizumoto and Yoshitaka Kuga. My attention was on what is visible in the reference image. Less detail was given to the kitchen and adjacent rooms.
